Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 6-8 business days
  • Made-to-Order Jewellery: Crafted within 10–20 business days
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Production time varies depending on the design. We will provide an estimated completion date after your order is placed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For gifting, pricing details are not included in gift orders.


Signature Required

For security reasons, high-value jewellery shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Oriven Jewellery is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the package (if applicable).

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
