Worldwide Delivery
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature luxury box, fully insured, and dispatched with a tracking number so you can follow your creation every step of the way.

All international shipments are fully insured for their declared value. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will replace or refund your order in full.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke pieces require additional production time of 3–6 weeks before dispatch. Your dedicated atelier specialist will keep you informed throughout the process.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your Oriven piece completely. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered pieces in their original packaging with all documentation intact.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our care team at care@orivenjewel.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Please note: Bespoke, custom, engraved, and resized pieces are non-returnable, as they are created exclusively for you.
Exchanges & Resizing
We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for all standard Oriven pieces. For exchanges, please contact our team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
